USEFUL TERMS
1. Local Shipping Fee: The amount you pay the supplier to take your item to the
shipping agent/shipping company
2. Item: what you buy online
3. Packing: this is when all item purchased are being packed into one parcel
4. Freight: amount paid for shipping/ transportation over air
5. Yuan/RMB: Chinese Currency
6. Dollar: American Currency

9. Warehouse: a building where goods are stored before after they are shipped
10. Customer: The person that buys an item
11. Special Goods: these are battery items/ chemical items
